When I look at this, it strike me that I have to update my cv and resume, to do something new, something fresh.  I search the word resume and think to myself and understand the impact that a strong resume can have. I take a moment and put myself in the shoes of the hiring manager who needs to fill a position.

After all, all the resumes look pretty much alike. Half of them were created from the templates that come with Microsoft Word, the other half are bland and conformist. They all seem to be from ‘self-starting, highly motivated people persons.’ These are generalities that tell nobody nothing.

Each resume outlines the responsibilities of prior positions, but this is no help because knowing what you did (or were supposed to do) is different from knowing how you did it. Being “responsible for helping customers and tidying the store” tells him what the candidate’s employer expected of her. It does not tell him whether she actually did it, or how well she did it.

 

The problem is that most resumes do not represent the living, breathing person who wrote them. Instead of expressing skills and individuality and outlining the great things the person has done, they are simply a bland recitation of standard phrases and pat descriptions. This does nothing to help anybody decide who will fit into his company. And therein lays the answer to getting one's attention and creating a resume that is a living, breathing document that screams

With my notebook in my hands i thought these days social media is creeping into all areas of our lives, from our friendships to our job, which is why the traditional paper resume is no longer relevant.

Today your resume needs an update to fit with this new social lifestyle, from design to creative formats and statistics that prove that going social is a must when it comes to resumes these days...therefore the idea that my resume should live online as well!

I want to make it social, interactive and brought life for all those reading it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

As life is a journey, I want to make this journey as easy and pleasant as possible therefore i use the most well known search engins as my templates, because us all feel comfortable and at ease with this. 

 

Therefore I want to take you on my tube, to have an adventure with me, as its not hanging on a rope of the site of a mountain, but  it's rather an attitude that we must apply to the day to day obsticals of life, to face new challenges, seizing new oppertunities, testing our resources against the unknown and in this process, be free, as we are the mist of a glorious era, let go of limiting thoughts, and experience humanities true magnificance, in every area of creation, trough body, mind and sole...do what you love!
